Southeastern Minnesota Honor Flight

Welcome to the Southeastern Minnesota Honor Flight Website! Based in Rochester, MN, we are one of over 80 Honor Flight hubs in the United States working together to bring our World War II veterans to visit their memorial in Washington, DC. The Rochester hub includes veterans from throughout Southeastern Minnesota and Northern Iowa.

The flights are funded completely by donations. The veterans do not pay to participate; they have already given enough. To make a donation, please click on the “Donate Now” button.

Lanesboro Buffalo Bill Days

Bean Bag Tournament sponsored by Lanesboro Fire Department's Fire Relief

Register and pay by 11:30 a.m. on August 7th. 

To register beforehand, call Rob Wagner at 507-467-2524.

Time: Tournament starts at 12:00 noon.

Cost:  $40 per two-person team.
Double elimination, best 2 out of 3, first to 21 (can go over)
Prizes are cash to first, second, third, and fourth places.
Half of proceeds to SE MN Honor Flight, half to the cash prizes.

Plainview American Legion Honor Flight Breakfast

Location:  215 3rd Street SW

Open:  8:00 AM – 1:00 PM or gone

Details: All you can eat

Menu: Biscuits & gravy, French toast, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage & bacon, fresh fruit, muffins, coffee, juice, milk

Price: $8 good will donation asked, $4 – 8 and under, “To Go’s” available for $1 extra
